Teba cooker manual

Whilst it's fun switching my gas supply on and off, I suspect and hope that there could be an easy and cheap, I hope fix for this. I am aware that Teba or at least their UK side of things went into recievership or similar and no longer supply parts.

I don't want to have to buy a new cooker. I have taken two pictures, one of the controls setup just in case the model number means nothing and of the knob as it is now.
