Bookings must be made in person for anyone holding an overseas licence or an interstate licence at an Access Canberra Service Centre. You will need to select a location at the time of booking. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the appointment time, the assessment will not be conducted, as it will delay further assessments.

A surcharge fee is applicable and will be deducted from the refund at time of cancellation. If cancelled within 48 hours of the assessment there is no refund. You must also bring your ACT Learner licence or other proof of identity and, if your licence was issued or renewed after 1 January , be able to demonstrate that you have completed the mandatory driving hours and the Hazard Perception Test.
If you cannot provide evidence that you have completed the required driving hours or completed the Hazard Perception Test, your booking will be cancelled and you will need to re-book.
